Approximately 7 days history will be retained here:

bishopvi       Engineers continue to work to restore service to the small number
23:59 Jun 13   of customers affected. Whilst service is expected to be restored
               throughout the night our next update will be at 8am.

bishopvi       The previously reported Broadband connectivity issues affecting a
07:40 Jun 14   small number of customers is now resolved. We regret any
               inconvenience this may have caused.

alisonp        Please be aware that some Broadband customers, in the Edinburgh
10:20 Jun 30   region, may be experiencing difficulties connecting. The area
               codes currently affected are - 01202, 01206, 01269, 01294, 01323,
               01405, 01453, 01555, 01628, 01873, 01952, 0286632, 0286634, 13234
               - however more may be affected. BT is making progress towards
               full restoration of Service.  We regret any inconvenience caused.

alisonp        Update: The previously mentioned broadband connectivity issues,
12:03 Jun 30   in the Edinburgh area, continue. BT 3rd line support have been
               engaged and parallel activities are underway to restore service. 
               We regret any inconvenience caused. 

alisonp        Update: The previously mentioned broadband connectivity issues
14:57 Jun 30   have been resolved, although BT engineers are investigating a
               separate incident which may still impact some services. We regret
               any inconvenience caused.

alisonp        The previously mentioned broadband connectivity issues have been
16:16 Jun 30   resolved. We regret any inconvenience caused.

cokerak        Some broadband customers in the Southeast, East of England and
20:02 Jul 12   London may be experiencing connectivity issues. Engineers are
               currently investigating. We regret any inconvenience caused

cranfima       The connectivity issues affecting some Broadband customers in the
22:36 Jul 12   Southeast, East of England and parts of London has been
               identified as a fibre break. Engineers continue to work to
               restore service. Thus regrets any inconvenience caused.

cranfima       The connectivity issues affecting some Broadband customers in the
07:44 Jul 13   Southeast, East of England and parts of London due to a fibre
               break are now resolved. Engineers have respliced all affected
               fibre and systems have recovered. Thus regrets any inconvenience
               caused.

ashwell        We are aware that some Broadband customers may be experiencing
13:31 Jul 14   difficulties connecting to the internet. BT have informed us of a
               major fault affecting multiple exchanges across the UK and will
               keep us updated with any progress. We regret any inconvenience
               caused.

alisonp        The previously reported Broadband connectivity issues affecting
15:10 Jul 14   some customers are now resolved. We regret any inconvenience this
               may have caused.

akinbayo       Some customers may be experiencing problems with their network
07:51 Jul 16   services. Our engineers are treating this as a high priority with
               a view to restoring full service as soon as possible. We regret
               any inconvenience caused.

ashwell        We are aware that some Leased Line, Dedicated Internet Access,
08:35 Jul 16   SDSL & PADSL customers may be experiencing difficulties
               connecting to the Internet. Engineers are treating this as high
               priority and are working to restore service as quickly as
               possible. We regret any inconvenience caused.

alisonp        3rd line engineers are at site and continuing their
12:38 Jul 16   investigations. Engineers are attempting to load configuration
               files on a failed switch, whilst looking at possible re-routing
               options. We regret any inconvenience caused.

alisonp        The configuration file upload was successful and restored service
12:39 Jul 16   to the ATM switch. The latest version of the configuration has
               been remotely uploaded. Several customers have confirmed service
               restoration. We continue to monitor.

gillardk       Please be aware that some websites hosted on the Demon Web
13:10 Aug 11   Hosting and Homepage Servers may currently be unavailable.
               Engineers are investigating.  We regret any inconvenience caused

gillardk       The previously reported issue affecting some customers Web
16:40 Aug 11   Hosting and Homepages has now been resolved. We regret any
               inconvenience caused

gillardk       Please be aware that some Shared Hosting and Homepages customers
08:50 Aug 17   may be experiencing difficulties displaying their WebPages,
               logging into the administration site or attempting to upload
               content via FTP. Engineers are treating this as high priority and
               hope to resolve the issue shortly. We regret any inconvenience
               caused.

gillardk       Please be aware that some Demon Web Hosting and Homepages
10:42 Aug 17   customers may be experiencing difficulties displaying their
               WebPages, logging into the administration site or attempting to
               upload content via FTP. Engineers are treating this as high
               priority and hope to resolve the issue shortly. We regret any
               inconvenience caused.

11:03 Aug 17   customers may be experiencing difficulties displaying their
               WebPages. Engineers are treating this as high priority and hope

12:58 Aug 20   experiencing difficulties browsing the internet has been
               resolved. We regret any inconvenience caused.

ashwell        Customers may be experiencing issues with their Demon DFax
18:59 Aug 31   service. Engineers are investigating. We regret any
               inconvenience caused. 

gillardk       The previously reported issue affecting Demon DFAX services has
12:42 Sep 01   now been resolved. We regret any inconvenience caused.

cranfima       Some customers with the Trustedmail service may be experiencing
10:40 Sep 03   delays to inbound mail. Engineers are investigating with a view
               to restoring normal service as soon as possible.
