hagueba        Some broadband customers in the Borehamwood / North London area
16:30 Jan 12   may be experiencing a loss of service due to a section of
               underground cable being damaged by a digger.  Engineers are
               currently on site and working on restoring service as quickly as
               possible.  We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

bishopvi       Due to health and safety issues, involving a live electrical
21:30 Jan 12   cable, engineers have been unable to commence physical work to
               resolve the damaged cable in the Borehamwood / North London area.
               As a result a small number of broadband customers may be
               experiencing a loss of service. Further updates to follow. We
               regret any inconvenience this may cause.

bishopvi       The previously mentioned health and safety issues have now been
00:25 Jan 13   made safe, allowing engineers to work on repairing the damaged
               cable in the Borehamwood / North London area. This work is likely
               to take some time as a new section of fibre will need to be
               joined to the undamaged sections of cable. We regret any
               inconvenience this may cause.

tomsn          The previously reported issue has now been resolved following
06:00 Jan 13   repair of the damaged cable in the Borehamwood / North London
               area.  We regret any inconvenience caused.
 
carteran       Please be aware we are currently experiencing technical problems
10:56 Jan 22   with our internal systems. Whilst this will not affect your
               service it may impact our abilty to answer some of your enquiries
               or diagnose faults. Engineers are working to resolve the issue as
               quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

carteran       The previouly reported issue with our internal systems has now
11:10 Jan 22   been resolved. We regret any inconvenience caused.
