15:49 Jun 02 may currently be unavailable. Engineers are investigating.
sextonda Some customers may currently be unable to connect. Engineers are

resolved. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

15:21 Jun 23 pop3.demon.co.uk. Engineers are investigating.
alank The previously reported issues some customers were experiencing
22:12 Jun 23 with POP3 email are now resolved.
sgray Some Broadband customers may currently be unable to connect.
14:30 Jun 28 Engineers are investigating.
sgray The previously reported Broadband connectivity issues affecting
17:49 Jun 28 some customers are now resolved. We regret any inconvenience this
may have caused.
Barry Some customers may be experiencing latency problems with their
15:30 Jul 02 network services. Our engineers are treating this as a high
priority with a view to restoring full service as soon as
possible. THUS regrets any inconvenience caused.
Barry We will be making a change to the load balancing machanism on
17:20 Jul 02 the IP stream platform to address latency issues. Some cutomers
may experience an interruption to their services between
04:00 - 07:00 on the 3rd July for this essential work. THUS
regrets any inconvenience caused. The next update will be on
Friday the 3rd of July after 7am.
Barry The essential work was completed successfully last night and
09:48 Jul 03 we are now monitoring the service.
